“If the road to hell is paved with good intentions, the United States Department of Agriculture is an asphalt factory.”
This is a quote from Jon Gilsons article, Disturbing Counsel.(click to read the rest). The article is a direct attack on what we have been fed (no pun intended) our whole lives in regards to the way we eat. The food pyramid has guided our generation, not to health, but to obesity and heart disease. It’s time we look at what we eat, why we eat it, and what it does to our bodies. Take a look at the nutrition links on the page for more information, or email me at any time.
