Complete five rounds for time of:
5 x 225lb. Deadlift
5 x Pull-ups
5 x 40lb. Dumbell Thrusters
5 x Burpees
400m Run

Complete 5 RD’s for time of:
5 x 225# Deadlift
5 x Pull-ups
5 x 40# Dumbell Thrusters
5 x Burpees
400m Run

Intermediate:

Complete 5 RD’s for time of:
5 x 185# Deadlift
5 x Pull-ups or Jumping Pull-Ups
5 x 25# Dumbell Thrusters
5 x Burpees
400m Run (or 500m row)

Beginner:

Complete 3 RD‘s for time of:
5 x 135# Deadlift
5 x Pull-ups
5 x 25# Dumbell Thrusters
5 x Burpees
400m Run (or 500m row)

Todays WOD is a grinder, not gonna lie. If you haven’t done burpees before, they will take your breath away. Check and re-check form on the DL’s as you get tired, scale to a lower weight (read: safer weight).

It also has some great features such as calculating where the calories in our diet come from. Use this as a great tool if you are experimenting with Zone or Paleo eating. Write down everything you eat and look back once the week is done!
