WOD: “Death by Pullups”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
After failure, work on hollow rocks. See how long you can hold one, write it down, and compare in the future. This is an amazing core strengthening tool.
Article: “Are Diet Sodas Making You Gain Weight?“, taken from the life spotlight website. I admit, I drink them. Particularly “Coke Zero”. To me, it tastes better than regular coke, it’s not as sugary, but doesn’t taste like a chemical (Diet Coke). Also, I’ve been a sucker for the “sugar free” syrups at the coffee shops as well. I’ve been wondering though, is the trade-off worth it? Should I just limit my sugar intake, versus adding “fake sugars”? Are these fake sugars just as bad, maybe worse than actual sugar?
