090316 WOD “Dumbbell 5×5”

WOD: Crossfit.com 5/5/06

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Post time and weights used each round to comments.

There is no scaling for todays WOD, but, if you’re a beginner, go LIGHT (15’s or 25’s).  Intermediate and Advanced, try to increase each round.

    pushpress 40-45-50-55-55
    squat 40-45-50-55-60

    good workout hard to track weights while tracking time. Plus, jacked my wrist again, pisses me off. Got a good workout in overall, just not pleased with my performance.

    30, 35, 40, 45, 45 couldn’t finish last round, hurt my shoulder on the push press.
