WOD: “Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
To clarify on this WOD. It is 16 minutes total, broken into :20 sec. on, :10 sec. rest, for 32 of those intervals, which equals 16 minutes. The first 8 intervals (4 minutes) are Pull-Ups, second 8 , push-ups, third 8, sit-ups, fourth(last) 8, squats. Record your reps of each :20 work on a piece of paper or white board and add them up for a total.
Also, if you’re wondering how to time this WOD. Here’s a thread on the Crossfit forums about it. Basically if you had an iPod, you download these tracks and they are a mix of songs with a Tabata timer in them. Read the thread to undestand it, but it’s very easy and definitely worth it. Post #29 is the one that has the best stuff on it and the ones I would recommend downloading.
