Five rounds for time of:
50 Squats
100 Rope jumps
The squats are air squats, i.e. un-weighted. The rope jumps are single-unders (vs. double-unders). Make sure you get proper depth on the squats and stay on your heels! For the jump rope, get into a rhythm with the singles. Arms relaxed at the side, small bounce, fast wrists.

What the HE** was this thinking? Ice Cream as bad as smoking? I know when I ate Mint Moose Tracks the other night, it was heavenly. There’s no way it’s even comparable to smoking. This article addresses that false claim, as well as others regarding how fat is actually good for us.
Rest day for me today. 4 rough days on. Looking forward to tomorrow though.
