Article: “The Red Scare“, Marks Daily Apple

“It’s a headline you’ve probably seen by now splashed all over the news sites and channels – “Eating More Red Meat Ups Mortality Risk.” (Red meat once again wears the black hat: surprise, surprise.)”

I love red meat…here’s Mark Sissons commentary on another lame article dissing red meat.

Holy crap, you posted a scheduled main site wod. 10:58 rx’d. You site has become one of my favorites stav, keep it up.

  2. Unfortunately, I didn’t take my rings with me to St.3 today. I decided to give Annie another go, since I need major work on Double-Unders.

    Sit-Ups

Improved by over 4 minutes from yesterday. Nailed 15 DU’s in a row during warm up. Got frustrated during the WOD, pulled it together and finished strong. Last round of DU’s unbroken. The small victories are the best.
