10 Pull-ups
10 Ring dips

Post time to comments.

For todays WOD, if you have rings, use them. Watch the video and learn how to use your legs to boost you up on the ring dips. If no rings, use dip bars, or scale to bench dips. Pull ups can be done any way, dead-hang, kipping, or scaled and done jumping or band assisted.

    Holy crap, you posted a scheduled main site wod. 10:58 rx’d. You site has become one of my favorites stav, keep it up.

  2. Unfortunately, I didn’t take my rings with me to St.3 today. I decided to give Annie another go, since I need major work on Double-Unders.


    11:49 as RX’d

    Improved by over 4 minutes from yesterday. Nailed 15 DU’s in a row during warm up. Got frustrated during the WOD, pulled it together and finished strong. Last round of DU’s unbroken. The small victories are the best.
