Workout: “Rest day
Today is a rest day. If you don’t want to rest, pick a WOD from the last week and do it. Also, you can pick a skill, such as rowing, double unders, pull-ups, etc., that you suck at and do it. For example, I have been having trouble with double-unders, so I did “Annie” about 4 times in the last week. Finally I got them! Remember, we need to attack our weaknesses.
If you’ve been working out hard, or just fatigued overall…remember to REST.
