10 Burpees

Intermediate:

Warm Up:
100 Double Unders for time
then,

5 Rounds for time of:

10 Hang Power Cleans, 65lbs.
10 Burpees

Beginner:

Warm Up:
100 SINGLE Unders for time
then,

4 Rounds for time of:

10 Hang Power Cleans, 45lbs.
5 Burpees

    dammit with the double unders!!
    practiced them yesterday, can only do 10 in a row, alot of cursing at 10’s

    Rowed 500m to warm up….1:45.

    14:28 as Rx’d with 65 lbs.

    Sucked bad…..took 5 minutes for last two sets.
