Intermediate:

6 Rounds for time of:
30 Air Squats
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
5 Power Clean & Jerk (i.e. overhead anyhow), 135lbs.

Beginner:

4 Rounds for time of:
15 Air Squats
5  Pull Ups (Jumping or Assisted)
3 Power Clean & Jerk (i.e. overhead anyhow), 65lbs.
