Todays WOD is one of my nemesis workouts. It has taken me almost 2 years of Crossfit to finally understand how to do Double-Unders. The biggest keys I can give you is to slow down and jump a bit higher. I was trying to whip the rope around WAY too fast. Also make sure you’re using a rope that it long enough for you. To test, step on the rope in the middle with one foot, pull the handles straight up. They should reach at least to your armpits. Most will be using 9′ ropes. Sit ups can be done with feet anchored (some use dumbells, or wedge feet under something). Feel free to challenge yourself and do not weight your feet. There is no scaling except subbing single-unders if you don’t have Double Unders.
