090425 WOD “DL’s Burpees Run”

One Round for Time of:

30 Deadlifts, 275lbs.
30 Burpees
800m Run

Post time to comments.

Todays WOD involves DL’s, Burpees, and a run. Blaze through them as fast as possible, but remember to not let your form suffer. Pull back on the intensity if you have to. Keep your back angle tight throughout the DL. Burpees should be chest to floor, with feet leaving the ground at the top. Finish with a hard 1/2 mile run (800m).


Advanced(RX’d):

30 Deadlifts, 275lbs.
30 Burpees
800m Run


Intermediate:

30 Deadlifts, 185-225lbs.
30 Burpees
800m Run
Beginner:

15 Deadlifts, 135lbs.
15 Burpees
400m Run

    11:10….horrible……had to break up the burpees. Intermediate weight on the DL.
