Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

I am competing this weekend in the NorCal qualifiers for the Crossfit Games. There are 5 male spots up for grabs and about 120 male competitors from Santa Barbara to the Oregon border. There are 2 WOD’s on Saturday, and the top 40 make it to Sunday. My heats are at 10:40am and 2:40pm. Check out the website for more information.
