  1. So, when I read the WOD, I read all of the skill levels as part of it; that’s a lot of rowing and burpees! Reminded me of one of the hardest WODs I ever fought through… Row 1k, 25 burpees, Row 750m, 50 burpees, Row 500, 75 Burpees.
