090520 WOD “400’s & Squats”

Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats (air squats)

Post time to comments.

This is a classic Crossfit WOD.  The squats after the run are a killer!  Use a med ball or bench to make sure proper depth is reached during squats.  Remember that hips have to get lower than the knees at the bottom.


4 RD’s of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats


3 RD’s of:
Run 400 meters
25 Squats


3 Rd’s of:
Run 200 meters
20 Squats

Here’s an article in the Contra Costa Times about Gluten free diets.  Very interesting that people are understanding the benefits of this type of eating.
