Beginner:

1 rounds for time.

Todays WOD is the “Newbie” workout.  It’s a great gauge for where you are at, and the progress that you’ve made.  If you’ve never done it, just do 1 round, if you’re experienced, do 3 rounds of the Newbie for time.
