Workout: DCF WOD

10, 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

Deadlift, 225lbs.
Ring dips

In this WOD you do 10 reps of DL, then 10 Ring Dips, 9  DL, then 9 Ring Dips, etc.  If you don’t have rings, sup bar dips (but do 4x, i.e. 40, 36, 28, etc of bar dips.  Scale the DL weight as needed.
