090731 WOD “CF Hardcore”

Workout: Crossfit Hardcore WOD

4 Rounds of:

15 Hang Power Cleans, 95lbs.
20 Burpees
400m Run (1/4 mile)

Hang Power cleans are from knee height to the “clean” position, burpees are chest to floor, with a jump at the end, and the 400m should be at a fast run/sprint.  Pace yourself on the burpees, they will tire you out.

Advanced(RX’d):

4 Rounds of:

15 Hang Power Cleans, 95lbs.
20 Burpees
400m Run (1/4 mile)

Intermediate:

3 Rounds of:

10 Hang Power Cleans, 65lbs.
15 Burpees
400m Run (1/4 mile)

Beginner:

3 Rounds of:

5 Hang Power Cleans, 45lbs.
10 Burpees
400m Run (1/4 mile)
