Workout: Strength WOD
5-5-5-5-5 Back Squats
This workout, you do 5 sets of 5. Try to go up in weight every time if possible. Make sure you get proper depth on squats, i.e. hips below parallel and standing straight up at the top. After you are done with the squats, do the “Newbie WOD” as a quick metcon (aerobic WOD).
10 Pull Ups
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
