Workout: “Elizabeth”

For time;

21, 15, 9
Full Squat Cleans, 135lbs
Ring Dips

Post time to comments.

This workout calls for full squat cleans, versus “power cleans“.  This means you catch the bar at the bottom, much like a thruster, then stand and finish in the clean position.  If you don’t have rings, sub 4x the amount of bar dips for each ring dip.

Advanced(RX’d):

21, 15, 9
Full Squat Cleans, 135lbs
Ring Dips (sub 4x bar dips)

Intermediate:

15, 12, 9
Full Squat Cleans, 95lbs
Bar Dips

Beginner:

12, 9, 6
Full Squat Cleans, 45lbs
Bar Dips (jumping dips okay)
