Workout: Max Effort/Benchmark Testing Day (from DCF)
Today and tomorrow we’ll start the year with identifying our max efforts/benchmarks. Do not try and do all in one day, pick 2-4 today and same for tomorrow. Use a partner to count reps if possible, but make sure you right down and record the results. These will be great to compare to later in the year!

Max effort 500m row
Max push ups in a minute
Max sit ups in a minute (abmat, feet anchored)
Max consecutive pull ups
Max weight from the floor to overhead
Max double unders
Max height box jump
