Death by “Push Ups (x2)”: 2 push ups on the 1st min, 4 on the 2nd, 6 on the 3rd and continue until failure
Immediately following push up failure begin…
Death by “Pull Ups and Sit Ups”: 1 pull up and 1 sit up on the 1st minute, 2 pull ups to 2 sit ups on the 2nd, 3 pull ups and 3 sit ups on the 3rd, continue until failure… Pull ups must be completed before sit ups.
