Workout: “Crossfit Endurance”
Use 24″ box, alternate legs each step but 1 leg must remain on the box at all times. Leg must come to full extension at top of box before the other leg is placed on the box. Goal is to increase weight each set of 5, but if you’re new to the movement, keep the same weight.
After weighted step ups, rest 5 min, then complete:
5 Rounds For Time:
6 Ring Push Ups
9 Strict Pull Ups
12 Knees To Elbows, Strict, no kip.
Post weights used on step ups and time to complete WOD.
